(More customer reviews)We've been a brisker family for 25 years. It keeps crackers and chips crisp for weeks after the packages are opened. Everyone thinks we're crazy but we give each other Briskers on significant birthdays and anniversarys. What once may have been a cutting edge technological advance now seems a bit old-school but we love it and can't believe nobody ever talks about how cool these things are.
