(More customer reviews)Since we are selling this product we thought we should try it out, especially after the review that has been posted.We did not find the problems mentioned previously.It does not take the place of a large dehydrator nor does it take the time it takes to go through the process with the larger appliances. It does make quick, easy, low volume snacks.As with any microwave utensil, it takes knowing how fast your microwave cooks using this product, there is a learning curve.For the money and convenience, it works, our grandkids loved the apples!
